Anna the Prophetess

Luke 2:36-38

Anna was an older woman who spent her days in the temple praying, worshipping and talking to God. She loved being close to Him. When Mary and Joseph brought baby Jesus to the temple, Anna immediately knew He was the Saviour. She walked right up to Him and thanked God with a full and happy heart. Anna never stopped praising God for the gift of Jesus.
