The Widow Who Gave Two Coins

Mark 12:41-44; Luke 21:1-4

Jesus sat near the temple where people came to give their offerings. Some gave large amounts of money. Then a poor widow walked up quietly and dropped in two tiny coins. It was all she had. Jesus told His disciples that she had given more than everyone else because she gave from her heart, not from her wealth. God saw her love, even though her gift was small.
