Eve: Mother of All Living

Genesis 1-3

God made a beautiful world full of trees, flowers, animals, sunshine and fresh air. God then made Adam and Eve and put them to live in His lovely garden called Eden. Eve was the very first woman. God made her to be Adam’s friend and helper. They walked with God, took care of the animals and enjoyed every good thing God made. God told them they could eat from every tree in the garden except one. He wanted them to trust Him and obey His words. But one day, a sneaky serpent told Eve to eat the fruit from the special tree. Eve listened to the serpent and ate the fruit, and Adam ate it too. This made God sad because they disobeyed Him. But even then, God still loved Adam and Eve. God promised that one day He would send Someone who would make everything right again.
