About Rhema
ῥῆμα
Greek · rhēma · the revealed word of God
Bringing the Word of God to life at our tables, in our homes and in our conversations, for families, Sunday schools and youth groups.
Our mission
To make Scripture a daily delight, drawing families and communities back to the Word through play.
Where it begins
The Rhema Store is a Nairobi company, born from a place of hunger: a desire to engage more deeply with the Word of God, and a conviction that Scripture is meant to be savoured and made part of daily life.
Scripture takes root through interaction, even play. That is why we make what we make.
“When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight.”
Jeremiah 15:16
What we make
The card games. Scripture based games, designed and printed in Kenya, for ages three and up. They are where Rhema began and they are still here, on the shelf at therhemastore.com.
Rhema Play. This app. A fresh round of five Bible questions every morning, each answer tied to its verse.
Game Night. Here in the app. The card games, live, for a whole room. One screen everyone can see, a phone each, scores climbing as you play. One person starts a room and the rest join with a code.
Live events. Here in the app. A Game Night built for your group, your church or your occasion, with the questions chosen for the room. Ask us at For Your Event.
Rhema is open to families, churches, schools, Sunday schools and youth groups, and to partners who want to bring Scripture to more people through play.
